Chicken lacquered with maple syrup/ Kurča lakované javorovým sirupom/ Poulet laqué à l´érable



I read this sweet recipe provided by the chef of Explorateurs culinaires,  in the Montreal newspaper "Metro". I have simplified it, but mostly, I used maple syrup, which added a delicious taste to the roasted chicken.

Basil Citrus Panna Cotta / Bazalkovo citrusová Panna Cotta


Panna Cotta is a gelatinous Italian dessert. In translation, it means cooked cream. It is made from cream, sugar, vanilla, gelatine and may be differently flavoured, such as with fruits, herbs or other ingredients.
