Vegan apple bullets / Veganské jablkové guľky / Vegan balles aux pommes / Веганские яблочные шарики

These vegan and vegetarian balls contain especially B-complex vitamins and essential fatty acids that the human body cannot synthesize. In this recipe, we were inspired by the Macedonian cuisine blog, where are the recipes from the Balkans and Greece.

Tieto veganské a vegetariánske guľky obsahujú veľa vitamínov, hlavne skupiny B a esenciálne mastné kyseliny, ktoré ľudské telo potrebuje pretože si ich nevie syntetizovať. Pri tomto recepte sme sa inšpirovali z blogu Macedonian Cuisine, kde sú recepty z Balkánu a Grécka.

Ingredients:

6 apples
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey, agave syrup)
2 tbsp dried cranberries

Method :

1. Peel the apples, grate on a grater and cook stirring for about 10-15 minutes
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and make bullets
3. Place in a preheated oven on a baking sheet or greased baking tray,  bake at 180 ° C (356 oF) for about 5 minutes
4. Serve after cooling

Zloženie :

6 jabĺk
1 1/4 hrnčeka ovsených vločiek
2 PL ľanových semienok
2 PL sezamových semienok
2 PL slnečnicových semienok
2 PL škorice
2 PL javorového sirupu (alebo medu, prípadne agávového sirupu)
2 PL sušené brusnice

Postup :

1. Jablká olúpeme, postrúhame na strúhadle a varíme s miešaním asi 10-15 min
2. Vmiešame ostatné ingrediencie a spravíme guľky
3. Dáme do predhriatej rúry na plech potretý olejom, alebo papierom na pečenie, pečieme pri 180  o(356 oF) asi 5 min
4. Podávame po vychladení
