Višňový ľahký koláč / Light cherry cake / Le gâteau léger aux cerises

Ingredients:


Dough:
(1 cup  = 240-250 ml)
¾ cup vegetable neutral oil, grapeseeds oil (180 ml)
1 ½ cup sugar cane
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour ·
2 teaspoons baking soda
1.5 - 2 cups milk
Filling:
500 g low-fat cottage cheese (curd)
1000 ml canned cherries
4 x 40 g bags of corn starch pudding powder (Dr. Oetker)
70 g granulated sugar (can be a cane)
1 sachet of vanilla sugar (not artificial vanillin)
100 ml red fruit syrup

Zloženie :

Cesto :
(1 cup/ hrnček = 240-250 ml)
¾ hrnčeka oleja z hroznových semienok (180 ml)
1 ½ hrnčeka trstinového cukru
2 vajíčka
3 hrnčeky polohrubej múky
2 lyžičky sódy bikarbóny
1,5 - 2 hrnčeky mlieka
Plnka :
500 g nízkotučného tvarohu
1000 ml višňový kompót
4 x 40 g sáčky zlatého klasu
70 g kryštálového cukru (môže byť aj trstinový)
1 sáček vanilkového cukru (nie vanilínového)
ovocný červený sirup
