Gratin cauliflower purée / Gratinované karfiolové pyré / Gratin de chou-fleur purée

Despite that I prefer the dishes containing less animal fat, this gratin cauliflower I made with bacon for several reasons. Fried bacon adds an irresistible flavour to a little savourless, but very healthy cauliflower purée (see information). Moreover, it contains the certain fat-soluble vitamins that are found less in vegetable oils. I was also inspired by recipes from kirbiecravings.com.

Napriek tomu, že obľubujem jedlá s nižším obsahom živočíšneho tuku, tento gratinovaný (zapečený) karfiol som spravila so slaninou z niekoľkých dôvodov. Opražená slaninka dodá trochu fádnemu, ale zato veľmi zdravému karfiolovému pyré (pozri informáciu) neodolateľnú príchuť a navyše obsahuje určité v tukoch rozpustné vitamíny, ktoré sa menej vyskytujú v rastlinných tukoch. Inšpirovala som sa receptami zo stránky kirbiecravings.com.

Porridge from leguminous plants tasted with smoked bacon/ Kaša z Hŕstky s údenou slaninou

"Hŕstka (Handful)" is the mixture of eight leguminous plants, yellow peas, green peas, medium lentils, red lentils, beans, pearl white beans, medium colored beans, adzuki beans, mung beans. Peas contain fiber, minerals, vitamins with antioxidant properties and lutein necessary for healthy vision.
