I have found this delicious retro recipe for low fat cheesecake in the Canadian journal Eating Light and I have tried it with little changes. Instead of reduced fat cream cheese I have used mascarpone and garnished the cake also with pomegranate, in addition to strawberries.

Čítala som tento lahodný retro recept s nízkym obsahom tuku pre cheesecake v kanadskom časopise Eating Light a pripravila som ho s malými zmenami. Namiesto krémového syra so zníženým obsahom tuku, použila som mascarpone a ozdobila tortu tiež s granátovým jablkom, okrem pôvodných jahôd.
