Cardamom cake with rosewater and raspberries / Kardamomová torta s ružovou vodou a malinami / Gâteau à la cardamome, d'eau de rose et framboises / Кардамон торт с розовой водой и малиной

Cardamom is an oriental spice with intense resinous aroma and flavor thanks to a few essential oils. We blended it into the dough of tartlet that has obtained a greenish color with a slightly spicy flavor. We also added rose water to the filling, fragrant distillate of rose petals, whose origin dates back to Persia. Then, we have decorated the tartlet with raspberries, which revived the cake with color and freshness.

Kardamom je orientálna korenina s intenzívnou aromatickou, živicovou vôňou a príchuťou vďaka niekoľkým esenciálnym olejom. Primiešali sme ju do cesta tortičky, ktoré tak dostalo zelenkavú farbu s jemnou korenistou príchuťou. Do krému sme pridali ružovú vodu, voňavý destilát z lupienkov ruží, ktorej pôvod sa datuje do Perzie. Tortičku sme ozdobili s malinami, ktoré ju aj oživili svojou farbou a sviežosťou.
