Apple Roses / Jablkové ruže / Les roses aux pommes

I was inspired by this recipe at Varecha.sk and I made it from home-made phyllo dough and apples from our garden (see the recipe below).

Spanakopita (Spinach Pie)/ Špenátový koláč

Spanakopita is a Greek pastry eaten as a snack. Spinach is extremely rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, C, E, K, B-complex vitamins, especially high in lutein, minerals including zinc, selenium and iron, omega-3 fatty acids and proteins (from Wikipedia).
