This tasty and quick seasonal recipe is from a Hungarian
colleague. When we did brush it up after many years in order to harness the
garden harvest, we were pleasantly surprised by what a simple and delicious
recipe. The most prominent component is very healthy curry containing curcuma
that flavours vegetable. It becomes thus savoury and full-bodied, which, along
with side dish such as potatoes or crunchy toasts may serve as a major, but light summer meal.

z Maďarska. Keď sme ho po mnohých rokoch oprášili, aby sme zužitkovali
záhradnú úrodu, boli sme milo prekvapení, aký je jednoduchý a výborný. Najvýraznejšou
