Antioxidant blueberry smoothie/ Čučoriedkové smoothie


Ingredients (2 portions) :

1 banana
100-150 g blueberries
5 strawberries
150 g plain yogurt
2 tablespoon coconut milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
100 ml milk

Method :

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve in glasses decorated with pieces of fruits

Zloženie (2 porcie) :

1 banán
100-150 g čučoriedok
3-5 jahôd
150 g bieleho jogurtu
2 lyžice kokosového mlieka
½ lyžičky škorice
100 ml mlieka


Postup :

Dajte všetky ingrediencie do mixéra a mixujte do hladka. Podávajte v sklených pohároch zdobených kúskami ovocia.
