Grapes smoothie/ Hroznové smoothie


Ingredients (2 portions) :

1/2 banana
200 g green grapes (seedless)
1 kiwi
350 g plain yogurt
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method :

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve in glasses decorated with pieces of fruits

Zloženie (2 porcie) :

1/2 banánu
200 g zeleného hrozna (bez jadierok)
1 kiwi
350 g bieleho jogurtu
½ lyžičky škorice


Postup :

Dajte všetky ingrediencie do mixéra a mixujte do hladka. Podávajte v sklených pohároch zdobených kúskami ovocia
