Broccoli or cauliflower sauce / Omáčka z brokoli alebo karfiolu/ Sauce de brocoli ou de chou-fleur / Cоуc из брокколи или цветной капусты

Broccoli and cauliflower may be prepared in a creamy sauce flavoured with the cheese from blue or green mould (Niva, Roquefort, Gorgonzola). Such a cheese can add a stronger flavour to a bit drab vegetable. The sauce is then poured over the pasta, Italian conchiglioni or spaghetti, and flavoured with small pieces of cheese and wild garlic.

Z brokolice a karfiolu sa môže pripraviť krémovitá omáčka ochutená syrom s modrou alebo zelenou plesňou (Niva, Roquefort, Gorgonzola), ktorá dá trochu fádnej zelenine príchuť týchto zrejúcich syrov. K tomu sme pripravili cestoviny, talianske conchiglioni alebo špagety, ktoré spolu s omáčkou sme ochutili ešte kúskami syru a medvedím cesnakom.

Teriyaki je japonská kulinárska technika, v ktorej sú potraviny opečené alebo grilované a podávané so sójovou omáčkou, korením, cukrom s prídavkom prísad, ako sezamom alebo cesnakom. Nechala som sa inšpirovať s niekoľkými Teriyaki receptami a nakoniec som pripravilaTeriyaki omáčku s tofu a brokolicou.

Teriyaki is a Japanese cooking technique in which food is broiled or grilled and served with the soy sauce, mirin, sugar with added ingredients, such as sesame or garlic. I was inspired with several recipes over the web and finally I have made Teriyaki tofu and broccoli.

Healthy Cream of Broccoli / Zdravá brokolicová polievka / Crème de brocoli

This soup contains neither fatty cream nor broth having artificial substances. Despite, the taste is delicious, because of spices and a creamy texture using flour. Broccoli is known for its anti-cancer properties. This soup is also a good source of vitamin K, selenium, and riboflavin. An egg in it increased moderately a level of cholesterol. However, some nutritional value is reduced by boiling (Wikipedia).

Táto polievka neobsahuje ani smotanu, ani bujón v ktorom sa nachádzajú umelé látky. Zato jej chuť je lahodná vďaka koreninám a konzistencia je krémovitá použitím múky. Brokoli je zámy pre proti-rakovinné vlastnosti. Je dobrým zdrojom vitamínu K, selenia a riboflavínu. Avšak niektoré nutričné hodnoty sa varom redukujú (Wikipedia).
