Sheep cheese and vegetable Napoleons / Napoleonky z bryndze a zeleniny / Napoléons de légume et fromage de brebis / Наполеоны из овечьего сыра и овощей

The Napoleon is a French pastry, whose exact origin is unknown. It is also called as the mille-feuille - thousand leaves, because it consists of several layers of puff pastry with the custard cream between. In this variant, we have used slices of vegetable and sheep cheese, a procedure originally found in magazine Saveur and several blogs.

Pôvodný Napoleon je francúzske pečivo, ktorého presný pôvod nie je známy. Volá sa aj ako mille-feuille – tisíc listov, pretože je spravený z niekoľkých vrstiev tukového lístkového cesta, medzi ktorými je pudingový krém. V tomto variante sa použili plátky zeleniny s ovčím syrom (bryndzou), ktorého pôvodný postup je v magazíne Saveur a niekoľkých blogoch

Broccoli or cauliflower sauce / Omáčka z brokoli alebo karfiolu/ Sauce de brocoli ou de chou-fleur / Cоуc из брокколи или цветной капусты

Preparation time: 20 min, Cooking time : 30 min

Broccoli and cauliflower may be prepared in a creamy sauce flavoured with the cheese from blue or green mould (Niva, Roquefort, Gorgonzola). Such a cheese can add a stronger flavour to a bit drab vegetable. The sauce is then poured over the pasta, Italian conchiglioni or spaghetti, and flavoured with small pieces of cheese and wild garlic.

Z brokolice a karfiolu sa môže pripraviť krémovitá omáčka ochutená syrom s modrou alebo zelenou plesňou (Niva, Roquefort, Gorgonzola), ktorá dá trochu fádnej zelenine príchuť týchto zrejúcich syrov. K tomu sme pripravili cestoviny, talianske conchiglioni alebo špagety, ktoré spolu s omáčkou sme ochutili ešte kúskami syru a medvedím cesnakom.

Smoothie s bylinkami zo záhrady a chia semienkami / Smoothie from garden herbs and chia grains / Smoothie avec herbes du jardin et chia

Servings : 2, calories per serving : 305

Ingredients :
5 fresh leaves of wild garlic
10 fresh leaves of lemon balm
3 fresh leaves of aloe vera
2 tsp chia grains
2 tbsp agave syrup
400 ml bio milk
100 g non-fatted Greek yogurt
1 banana
Mix the all ingredients in a mixer and serve

Zloženie:
5 čerstvé listy divokého cesnaku
10 čerstvé listy medovky
3 čerstvé listy aloe vera
2 lyžičky Chia semienok
2 lyžice agáve sirup
400 ml bio mlieko
100 g odtučnený grécky jogurt
1 banán
Zmiešajte všetky prísady v mixéri a podávajte

Pesto from Bear's Garlic - Pesto z cesnaku medvedieho - Pesto à l'ail des bois

               


Bear's Garlic (Allium ursinum L.) has a great therapeutic potential and has even more remedial  effects than Garlic. Growing up in April and May, sometimes earlier, leaves are harvested before flowering. Is suitable for the spring cleaning treatment, bowel disease, the treatment of chronic skin diseases, prevents arteriosclerosis of blood vessels, high blood pressure, and heart diseases (Source: Maria Treben - Health from God's Pharmacy). It is also used to prepare delicious dishes. One of them is pesto, which recipe I read in newspapers and then I slightly modified it.
