Nezvyčajná plnka z omrviniek, lieskových orieškov, šľahačky a maskarpone spolu s domácim sladkokyslým ríbezľovým lekvárom možno vyvolá pri jej ochutnaní extázu. Táto pochúťka je na rozdiel od iných tort na mojom blogu  vysoko kalorická s množstvom cholesterolu. Avšak môže sa dovoliť ako sladký darček k narodeninám raz za rok.

The unusual filling of crumbs, hazelnut, and mascarpone with home-made sweet and sour currant jam can bring up an ecstasy. This delicacy with a lot of calories and cholesterol is different from other cakes on my blog. However, it may be allowed as a sweet gift for a birthday once a year.

The original simple recipe found on Dobruchut.sk, I adapted to a Valentine's style. I was also inspired with recipes from Food Republic, using seeds for desserts. This cake has a high nutritional value made up of only the healthiest components found in poppy, nuts and flax seeds; anti-cancer fatty oleic acid, amino acid L-arginine beneficial for vascular diseases, the high content of calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed protecting the whole body.

White Snow in Quebec / Biely sneh v Quebeku / Blanche neige au Québec

This recipe is from the Montreal newspaper Metro, which was of the source Recettes du Québec. In this cake I used less fatted mascarpone cheese instead of butter, baking soda instead of ammonium bicarbonate (E503), and added additional buttermilk for the dough. As the vanilla flavor, I used sugar flavored with natural vanilla, not vanillin that is artificial and not salubrious.
