Lasagna is a traditional rich dish of Italian origin, probably
from the city of Naples from the Middle Ages. It refers to several layers of flat-shaped
pasta interleaving with sauces, meat, and vegetable ingredients which are
oven-baked. In this recipe, we have replaced pasta with a
large zucchini from our garden and the meat with mushroom oysters having great
health benefits on the immune system. Such a dish is more laborious to make,
but the result is worth it – a load of bio harvest from your garden has been
just on the plate before you.
Lasagna je tradičný sýty pokrm talianskeho pôvodu,
pravdepodobne zo stredovekého Neapola. Skladá sa z niekoľkých vrstiev tenkej
cestoviny prekladanej s omáčkami, mäsom, zeleninou a inými prísadami, ktoré sa
zapekajú v rúre. V tomto recepte sme nahradili cestoviny s veľou cuketou z našej záhrady
