Sangria is a popular low-alcoholic citrus beverage of Spanish origin for the hot summer. As the name implies, it is prepared from the red wine of like-blood color (la sangre is
in the
Spanish - blood). I
have prepared a white version of the Spanish summer drink prepared from
watermelon, cucumber flavored with citrus fruits (lime and tangerine)
and mint.

Fresh mint and lemon balm sorbet with melon / Mätovo - medovkový sorbet s melónom / Sorbet à la menthe fraîche et à la mélisse avec melon
Sorbet, a non-fat alternative to ice cream, is an ice
dessert made from sweetened water flavoured with the fruit juice or liqueur.
The fruit sorbet is a refreshing dessert for hot summer days. The following
recipe flavours the sorbet with the herbs such as mint and lemon balm and is
served with melon. The recipe is suitable for gardeners who grow herbs in their
gardens.
