I read this sweet recipe provided by the chef of Explorateurs culinaires, in the Montreal newspaper "Metro". I have simplified it, but mostly, I used maple
syrup, which added a delicious taste to the roasted chicken.

Tento sladký recept od hlavného
kuchára Explorateurs culinaires som čítala v Montrealských novinách Metro. Z
časti som ho zmenila a zjednodušila, ale hlavne, použila som javorový sirup,
ktorý pridal pečenému kurčaťu výbornú chuť. Javorový sirup je prírodný cukor
získaný z javorových stromov a jeho najväčším výrobcom je Quebek. Popri hlavných
zložkách, sacharózy a vody, obsahuje vyššie množstvo mangánu, zinku a
antioxidantov. Môže byť alternatívou k medu alebo kokosovému cukru, ale je
potrebné si uvedomiť, že je to len cukor, ktorý vo väčších množstvách môže mať

chicken thighs

cup maple syrup
0.5
cup of olive oil
1-2
onions
6-8
garlic pods

teaspoon thyme
1
teaspoon sage

Procedure:
Place
washed chicken legs in a roasting pan, where we previously poured about 3
tablespoons of oil with the same amount of water.
Sprinkle
with herbs, sliced onion, garlic and salt.
Drizzle
with few tablespoons of the oil stirred with water. Then with few tablespoons
of the syrup.
Bake
in the oven at 180 °C (360 °F) until lightly brown.
During
baking, pour the chicken with water, oil and maple syrup.

Zloženie :
4 kuracie stehná1 šálka javorového sirupu
0,5 šálky olivového oleja
1-2 cibule
6-8 strukov cesnaku
1 lyžička materiny dúšky
1 lyžička šalvie
Soľ
Postup :
Umyté kuracie stehná vložíme do pekáča, kde sme predtým naliali asi 3 lyžice oleja s rovnakým množstvom vody.Posypeme s bylinkami, nakrájanou cibuľou a cesnakom.
Polejeme pár lyžicami oleja rozmiešaného vo vode a potom pár lyžicami sirupu.
Pečiem v rúre pri 180 o C (360 °F) do hnedo ružova.
Počas pečenia polievame vodou, olejom a sirupom.
