Rýchle kokosové guľky z Ricotty / Quick Ricotta Coconut Balls / Rapides Ricotta boules de coco

Servings : 20 / Calories per serving : 92

I have made these balls according to an Italian site, Vincenco´s Plate, with some changes.They are made of Ricotta, an Italian whey cheese from sheep milk whey left over from the production of cheese. It´s very quick to make them suitable with coffee, or for visitors.

Tieto guľky som urobila podľa talianskej stránky, Vincenco 's Plate, s niektorými zmenami. Sú vyrobené z Ricotty, talianskeho syra zo srvátky ovčieho mlieka, zostatok z výroby syra. Je to veľmi rýchlo spraviť a guľky sú vhodné s kávou, alebo pre návštevníkov.

Spanakopita (Spinach Pie)/ Špenátový koláč

Spanakopita is a Greek pastry eaten as a snack. Spinach is extremely rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, C, E, K, B-complex vitamins, especially high in lutein, minerals including zinc, selenium and iron, omega-3 fatty acids and proteins (from Wikipedia).
