This recipe is from my mom, who makes this cake every summer when red currants are ripen in her garden. However, I have changed it a little: I replaced butter, white sugar and 4 eggs in dough for only 2 egg yolks, grapeseed oil instead of butter and cane sugar. Thus, the cake from such a dough is healthier and tastier.

Red currants cake with meringues/ Ríbezľový koláč s bezé
This recipe is from my mom, who makes this cake every summer when red currants are ripen in her garden.
