Pesto from Bear's Garlic - Pesto z cesnaku medvedieho - Pesto à l'ail des bois
Bear's Garlic (Allium ursinum L.) has a great
therapeutic potential and has even more remedial effects than Garlic. Growing up in April and
May, sometimes earlier, leaves are harvested before flowering. Is suitable for
the spring cleaning treatment, bowel disease, the treatment of chronic skin
diseases, prevents arteriosclerosis of blood vessels, high blood pressure, and
heart diseases (Source: Maria Treben - Health from God's Pharmacy). It is also
used to prepare delicious dishes. One of them is pesto, which recipe I read in
newspapers and then I slightly modified it.

Light blueberry gateau / Ľahká čučoriedková torta
Gateaux are small
pieces of art and the light blueberry gateau
is prepared from cottage cheese, whipping cream and fruits. I have reduced the
sugar in it, and instead I used a fruit juice. It is suitable as a light
dessert that does not burden the organism, even suitable for a family event.
Torty sú malé umelecké diela a táto torta je navyše
pripravená z tvarohu, smotany a ovocia. Zredukovala som v nej cukor a namiesto
neho som použila ovocnú šťavu. Je vhodný ako ľahký dezert ktorý nezaťažuje
organizmus, vhodný ako darček pre rodinnú udalosť.

Chicken Curry - Kuracie karí
Chicken curry is a dish from Asian cuisine that is prepared from coconut milk, oriental spices such as curcuma, cloves, anise and cinnamon. Attention of the scientific world is drawn to curcuma, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, can be used against cancer and Alzheimer's disease. Cinnamon also has many medicinal effects, prevents blood clotting, lowers cholesterol and others. Low fat strawberry TIRAMISU/ Nízko kalorické jahodové TIRAMISU
Tiramisu is a coffee cake started in Venice, made of ladyfingers soaked in espresso, mascarpone cheese and a touch of brandy. My Tiramisu is little different, made of round ladyfingers sprinkled with lime and rum, a mixture of vanilla yoghurt and cheese, strawberries and decorated with cacao. Such a cake contains vitamins, low fat and its preparation takes only 10 minutes.

Chocolate Raisins Baklava Rolls - Čokoládovo hrozienková baklava
Baklava is a popular sweet, rich pastry very enjoyed with a cup of coffee. Due to its ingredients - walnuts, pistachios, almonds, honey, and oriental spices, which are sources of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, baklava is beneficial for health mainly against the heart disease.
It is believed that Baklava came from the Middle East and Mediterranean region. There are many baklava recipes available, which vary with different regions. The following one, I have changed a little from the original recipe found at makinglifedelicious.
Baklava je populárne sladké a sýte pečivo, veľmi chutné so šálkou kávy. Vzhľadom k jeho zložkám - vlašské orechy, pistácie, mandle, med a orientálne korenia, ktoré sú zdrojom omega-3 mastných kyselín a antioxidantov, baklava je prospešná pre zdravie, najmä pri srdcovocievnych ochoreniach. Predpokladá sa, že baklava pochádza z Blízkeho východu a Stredomoria. Existuje mnoho receptov pre prípravu baklavy, ktoré sa líšia v rôznych oblastiach. Nasledujúci recept je trochu zmenený z receptúry na makinglifedelicious.
