Watermelon white SANGRIA flavored with mint - Melónová biela SANGRIA ochutená mátou

Sangria is a popular low-alcoholic citrus beverage of Spanish origin for the hot summer. As the name implies, it is prepared from the red wine of like-blood color (la sangre is in the Spanish - blood). I have prepared a white version of the Spanish summer drink prepared from watermelon, cucumber flavored with citrus fruits (lime and tangerine) and mint.

Red currants cake with meringues/ Ríbezľový koláč s bezé





This recipe is from my mom, who makes this cake every summer when red currants are ripen in her garden. However, I have changed it a little: I replaced butter, white sugar and 4 eggs in dough for only 2 egg yolks, grapeseed oil instead of butter and cane sugar. Thus, the cake from such a dough is healthier and tastier.

Summer peach-cheese soufflé/ Letný broskyňovo-tvarohový nákyp/ Soufflé d'été aux pêches et fromage

I found this recipe in a Burda fashion magazine for a quick preparation of the peach pie in the microwave. I have, however, changed it a little ;  I baked it in a regular oven,  instead of refined sugar I used cane sugar and the grape seed oil  replaced the butter.
